1. Use of Our Services

MyComicHero lets you upload photos and create personalized digital or printed comics.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

2. Account & Subscription

You must provide accurate information when signing up.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled anytime via your account dashboard.

3. User Content

By uploading a photo, you grant CYBRCOAST LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for comic creation.

You must have the legal right to use and upload any image or content.

4. Intellectual Property

All comic templates, characters, and styles are owned by CYBRCOAST LLC and protected by copyright.

You may download or order copies of your own comics, but not resell or reproduce them commercially.

5. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Digital comics are delivered within 1–2 business days.

Printed comics may take 5–10 business days depending on location.

6. Refunds

We offer refunds only for failed digital delivery or damaged printed products. Contact support within 7 days of delivery.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or illegal behavior.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.
